PAYMENT PLAN

The rental amount for the booked rental property is like before the beginning of the rental period follows to pay:

• 20% of the total amount of the rental property must be paid within 7 days of booking
• The balance is to be transferred to Villa Marcelina LLC no later than 30 days before the rental date 

cancellation terms

We calculate as follows:

• Up to 20 days before arrival 50% of the total price
  

• 19 to 2 days before arrival 80% of the total price

• 1 day before arrival and on arrival the full amount will be charged

Charging eCars or hybrid-cars via the domestic power grid is prohibited. eCars and hybrid cars are not allowed to be parked in the garage. They can be parked on the driveway in front of the garage.
