The villa is located in Rose Garden surrounded by a quiet neighborhood. Only a few minutes drive you'll find supermarkets (Walmart, Publix, CVS) and restaurants. Near the villa is the "Rotary" park which is perfect for long walks. You can visit the beach in Cape Coral within 10 minutes by car. Either relaxing hours at the beach or multiple sport offers, there's something for everyone. Ft Myers is a 15 minutes car ride away. There are many more restaurants, shopping malls, beaches and attractions for your enjoyment.
